Graner finished with 332,000, thanks to some big hands against Shooting Star James Calderaro. When the dust settled in Day 1B, it was Stephen Graner holding the overall chip lead, with four players besting Eddy Sabat’s Day 1A mark of 265,000. The second starting flight saw 445 entries push the total number of entries over the 800-player mark, ballooning the prize pool over $5,700,000 and setting a Bay 101 record. After 119 players advanced from Day 1A of the WPT Bay 101 Shooting Star Main Event, 145 players navigated their way through Day 1B yesterday.
